The design law
Nothing appears without meaning, nothing moves without purpose, every exploration changes what can be discovered next.
Intelligence before decoration
The look was locked before the product code: deep near-black, crystal glass, and a palette where every colour carries exactly one meaning. Nothing moves merely to look alive.
Authority is written down
The gate is in the code, not in a prompt. Consequential action waits for a person, with reason and supporting evidence on the table.
No invented signal
Where there is no data, the interface shows nothing. Failures stay visible. Uncertainty travels with the claim it belongs to.

Still early, and deliberately so.

A specification became a mission loop; the loop grew a workforce; the workforce got a constitution and a map; the system grew a brain; and then it reached into money, life and work. It runs today — and the roadmap goes considerably further.
